Founder's Note

Ford Cole Advisory Partners LLC was founded in response to a challenge I encountered repeatedly across public and private sector engagements: strong ideas and well-designed strategies that failed to translate into real outcomes.

In many cases, the issue was not a lack of vision or expertise. It was execution. Incentives were misaligned, institutions were not adequately equipped, and responsibility was fragmented across too many actors. As a result, initiatives stalled and momentum was lost.

I established Ford Cole Advisory Partners to help close this gap — supporting leaders in moving from ambition to delivery by aligning strategy with institutional reality, coordinating stakeholders, and putting execution frameworks in place.

At its core, Ford Cole exists to ensure that good intentions do not stop at strategy, but lead to outcomes that endure.
